OUR STORY

Mutiny Comics was born out of one man's vision and traces its origins back to the remarkable journey of Adam White. While incarcerated, Adam developed a passion for sharing culturally significant and socially relevant stories through the medium of comic books. Inspired by his own experiences, he began crafting his own comic book titled "Back To Blue." However, Adam encountered numerous challenges when seeking publishers who recognized the significance of his work. Undeterred by the lack of recognition, Adam realized that there were many talented comic book creators with messages of hope and change who were also struggling to find a publisher. Determined to create a platform for these local and community creators, Adam embarked on an audacious endeavor. Recognizing the need for a home that embraced diverse voices and important narratives, Adam took the bold step of establishing Mutiny Comics. Mutiny is dedicated to showcasing and promoting the works of these underrepresented creators, who often faced barriers in getting their stories heard. With a singular focus on stories that had an impact on society, Mutiny has become a catalyst for change within the comic book industry. By providing a supportive and inclusive space for these talented individuals, Mutiny Comics has become a beacon of opportunity and empowerment.
